Develop capacity of emerging leaders, provide materials and connect people with opportunities.

The growing political divide is eroding our trust in government and in each other. Across our state, Oregonians feel unheard and overlooked, even when we agree on desired outcomes. We need to build an equitable and inclusive Oregon Way so our government works for all of us.
